Untitled (it’s a copy of a capy) has been realized by the artist as a pattern for a project of edition on fabric. For ‘the temporary storage #1’exhibition, the phrase has been enlarged and became a bilboard at the pillar of BTS Siam Square area, Bangkok.

The back and forth game between notions of uniqueness and multiplicity is recurrent in Pratchaya Phinthong’s work. The open serie ‘Untitled’ is the perfect replica of a ready made canvas , made by hand each time as a singular piece in different format is also dealing with those issues.
